Former C-level executives of global corporations from a range of business sectors (Danone, Michelin, Groupe Renault, CIC, STMicroelectronics, Becton Dickinson…), graduates of renowned institutions (École Navale, HEC, Kellogg North Western University, Cornell University …), we know how to navigate the corporate world. We combine experience in team management, risk management, organization, local and international structures.
Our approach
We founded Talent Move to combine our professional skills and sectorial expertise. We believe that strength comes from a diversity of backgrounds, experience and approaches.
Our guiding purpose: It’s high time to activate the dynamics of talent!
Our know-how: Accompany human development and change by designing and implementing talent management programs, using a blend of tools.
After more than 20 years at Renault Nissan Alliance as VP (Customers & Networks, Light Commercial vehicles S&M Business unit…) and as CEO of subsidiaries (Nissan West Europe, RRG Switzerland…), Pascal has solid managerial experience. His sales & marketing expertise is combined with in-depth knowledge of customer journeys and digitalization.
Leadership is the backbone of his approach. As certified executive coach, his firm conviction is that company strategies can only succeed through transformation and people.
Pascal brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to coaching. His central focus on the human being, teamwork and collective performance seeks to reconcile people and business, serenely and efficiently.
Trained at the French Naval Academy, Pascal was enlisted as an Officer of the Navy. He subsequently earned an MBA degree and Global Executive Coach certification from HEC Paris. Binational and bilingual, Jennifer has lived and worked in France for more than 25 years. She specializes in helping executives successfully navigate multicultural business environments. Jennifer accompanies her clients as they adapt to new challenges, enhance leadership or transition to a job with global scope. Decoding cross-cultural expectations, using bilingual communications to inspire and persuade, preparing for expatriation, and building strong multicultural teams are all part of her expertise.
Her entrepreneurial American culture has allowed her to create a strong network of top executives, working with them to address both linguistic development and multicultural aspects. To professionalize and deepen her skills, she built on these solid foundations and earned executive coach certification at HEC Paris. Today, her coaching approach goes well beyond language; she takes her clients further to focus on self-confidence and assertiveness, public speaking, international mobility and integration, female leadership, global and multicultural team management …
Her coaching style:
- a positive, non-judgmental attitude using cross-cultural awareness to enhance the performance of leaders and their teams in international contexts,
- an active listening approach that is attentive to the culture and « music » of each client, and the dissonances and harmonies of team composition and interaction.
A trained classical musician, Jennifer uses music as a metaphor for how to coach. She listens carefully for the unique “melodies” of each client, paying close attention to consonance and dissonance, to rhythmic patterns and dynamics that resonate with her. She enjoys being the accompanist for her clients – a support, an energizer and a catalyst, to help them compose and conduct their own harmonies at work and at home.
Jennifer holds dual undergraduate degrees in French and International Relations from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia (USA). She is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, a certified Global Executive Coach from HEC Paris, and a member of the EMCC and ICF coaching organizations. Jennifer is actively engaged in charitable initiatives as a volunteer fundraiser, using her skills to steer multicultural teams in fundraising and development initiatives for American and international institutions in France.
