After more than 20 years at Renault Nissan Alliance as VP (Customers & Networks, Light Commercial vehicles S&M Business unit…) and as CEO of subsidiaries (Nissan West Europe, RRG Switzerland…), Pascal has solid managerial experience. His sales & marketing expertise is combined with in-depth knowledge of customer journeys and digitalization.
Leadership is the backbone of his approach. A certified executive coach, his firm conviction is that company strategies can only succeed through transformation and people.
Pascal brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit to coaching. His central focus on the human being, teamwork and collective performance seeks to reconcile people and business, serenely and efficiently.
Trained at the French Naval Academy, Pascal was enlisted as an Officer of the Navy. He subsequently earned an MBA degree and Global Executive Coach certification from HEC Paris. He also attended executive training courses on corporate finance at Kellog Northwestern University, and participated in the Blue Ocean Strategy program at INSEAD
Dynamic and focused, coach and communications expert Jennifer Cortright has lived and worked in Paris for more than 20 years. Founder and Director of her own coaching and training firm, she specialized in creating business skills programs for executives and their teams. Jennifer’s approach is grounded in the belief that coaching and transformation can be fun! She enjoys helping executives tap into their strengths, adapt to new challenges, and enhance leadership in a global context. Decoding cross-cultural expectations, using bilingual skills to inspire and persuade, and building strong multicultural teams are all part of her professional expertise.
Jennifer has worked closely with business leaders in the areas of rail transport, media and publicity, consulting, law and finance. She holds degrees in political science from the University of Virginia and Sciences-Po Paris. She is a certified executive coach from HEC Paris and a member of EMCC Global association. An avid volunteer fundraiser, Jennifer steers multicultural teams in fundraising and development initiatives for international and American institutions in France.
With over two decades of experience in industry and banking multinationals, Alain has overseen a broad scope of Human Resources responsibilities. He gained expertise in prior positions as an HR director and specialist of talent acquisition, selection and assessment.
For the past 12 years, Alain has been advising large groups and mid-size companies as a consultant for individual and collective human resources and organization alignment programs.
Genuinely enterprising with an acute sense of the strong links between business & HR , he founded and led recruitment, talent management and outplacement practices in different consulting firms before coming on board as co-founder of Talent Move.
As co-founder of FIDES Conseil, Alain has acquired profound knowledge of the military sector : since 2013, he has used his skills to support the career transition of French generals and top officers, facilitating their recruitment in civil organizations.
A graduate of Audencia business school, Alain also studied at Ohio State University where he became familiar with US practices in Human Resource management.
Pragmatic and structured, Thierry has a solid experience as a production manager at Danone and Michelin. He has held the roles of HR Director and VP HR at STMicroelectronics and Becton Dickinson in various international contexts.
At the heart of multiple transformations, he focuses on cultural adaptation and leadership. Always business-oriented, he accompanies leaders at the human and organizational level using simple Talent Management tools.
Convinced that “you clean a staircase from the top” and that “he who holds the nail must hold the hammer”, he works on role modeling leaders in speaking the truth, detecting talent, developing empowerment, team engagement, and training.
Thierry is a certified coach who accompanies individuals or teams. He develops self-awareness, the knowledge of one’ behaviors and potential, always with the ultimate goal of well-being, efficiency and motivation.
Thierry has a degree in History and Marketing. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from HEC and is certified in HR Leadership from Cornell University. He is a certified coach of the HEC Global Executive Coaching Program.

Diane has a 27-year experience in the banking and energy sectors. She has a dual business and HR orientation and a natural appetite for human and organizational issues. For the past 7 years, she held leadership positions in the talent development department of Société Générale Investment banking, before heading up talent strategy for Engie.
Convinced that the coaching posture contributes to efficiency and sustainability in managing talent, she became a certified internal coach in parallel with her operational functions.
In 2020, she chose to put coaching at the heart of her professional activity.
Diane graduated from HEC Paris in 2013 and holds a coaching certification from Transformance (Vincent Lenhard). Her professional training extends to a range of executive leadership programs (Investment Banking & Leadership at Kellogg Northwestern University, SG Corporate University, ENGIE University).
Holding degrees in linguistic semiotics and a certified professor, Sabine has been teaching for 10 years at Cergy-Pontoise University.
A certified coach from HEC Paris, specialized in mediation for more than 10 years, she is passionate about talent development, communication, managerial innovation, and conflict management.
In 2011, she founded her own firm specialized in enhancing relationship performance through a blend of coaching, training, and consulting. She is a certified coach for Airbus and active in industrial and medical sectors (EDF, ARS…etc).
Her partnership with Talent Move is based on a common awareness of the power of collective intelligence: Stronger together!
Michel deploy his expertise in Assessment on large and deep experiences on methods, tools and organisations. He was heading assessment practices in wellknown assessment agencies and founded the European center for potentials evaluations.
Thanks to his entrepreneurial spirit, he also founded his own agency and developed innovative tools. The methodology is based on interviews, In-basket exercices and questionnaires.
His expertises on large assessment programs is also enriched by his background and training in industrial and organizational psychology.
For more than 15 years as director within communication & event agencies (Auditoire / TBWA Group…), Antoine has accompanied large french and international corporations for their event & communication programs (Adobe, BMW-Mini, BNP, Criteo, Moët- Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, Renault-Nissan, SNCF, Volvo…).
Specialised in internal and corporate communication, he support brands, companies and their executives in writing and structuring their speeches from large to dedicated audiences.
Today he pursue this mission with his own agency LaNord and as a partner of Human n’ Partners.
He act as an expert for Talent Move to support all transformation programs in building communication action plans and events.
